Parentmail payment/Smartcard top ups

The vast majority of registered pupil accounts are up and running and available for Dinner TopUps online. However, can all parents using this online system be aware that if they have, in the past, been using a mobile phone to make payment, they may need to refresh their settings or use a computer or laptop initially to see the updated account. We have had a few problems due to parents trying to use the ‘old’ account on their phone and this does not then transfer to the link on our side.
